Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. (ESI) Compliance Department is seeking a Registered Nurse - Compliance Partner. Requires RN with 1–2 years in skilled nursing. Primary duties include clinical compliance audits, investigations, and review of medical records to identify issues and drive corrective actions.

Role involves travel up to 70% within California and surrounding areas. Excellent communication, training ability, and independent work in a home-office environment are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with 1–2 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing.
• Ability to conduct clinical compliance audits and investigations under guidance.
• Strong training delivery and ability to train facility personnel.

Responsibilities

• Creates and presents regular training on clinical and healthcare compliance.
• Performs clinical systems compliance audits.
• Reviews medical records to detect compliance/quality issues and helps operations develop corrective actions.
• Conducts internal investigations under direction of the Chief Compliance Officer or lead partner.
