Job summary

Front Porch is seeking a Compliance & Quality Assurance Nurse to oversee clinical compliance, quality, and regulatory readiness across multiple Southern California sites. The role requires travel to several SNFs and partners with nursing and operational leaders to drive standards of care.

Ideal candidate holds an active RN license with at least 5 years of clinical nursing experience and 2 years in senior living settings.

Qualifications

• 5 years - Progressively responsible Clinical nursing experience
• 2 years of experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing preferred
• Experience overseeing clinical compliance, quality, and regulatory readiness across multiple SNFs

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing management of health services quality improvement plans in alignment with organizational goals
• Monitor and evaluate compliance with federal, state, and local laws and licensing requirements
• Conduct routine onsite clinical compliance audits and observations across health service lines
• Participate in the development and monitoring of QAPI programs and analyze clinical indicators
• Conduct systematic reviews of clinical records for completeness and regulatory compliance
• Review significant clinical incidents and assist with root-cause analysis
• Escalate significant clinical or resident safety concerns and support corrective actions
