Job summary

Sanford Health Fargo seeks an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care for patients across preventative, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up phases.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree and a current RN license; BSN preferred. You will coordinate care, educate patients, and participate in triage and clinical activities within state

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA credentials preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate licensure if NLC state.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional staff to coordinate care.
• Provide patient education, triage, and care coordination across the care continuum.
