Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN with EP experience for a Level I Trauma facility in Florida. The role requires on-call availability and a FL/compact license.

The position involves working in a Cath Lab unit with Level I Trauma cardiac cases, including on-call weekdays and weekends, and using Epic EMR for documentation. A minimum of two years in Cath Lab and EP experience is required.

• Active FL or compact RN license required.
• Minimum two years of recent Cath Lab experience.
• EP experience required.
• Level I Trauma cardiac cath lab experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certification via AHA required.
• Experience with procedural sedation administration/monitoring.
• Experience with diagnostic right and left heart catheterization.
• Experience with interventional cath procedures.
• Skilled in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
• Experience with pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring.
• Epic EMR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Circulating in cath lab and, when qualified, scrubbing in for cardiac catheterization and EP procedures.
• Responsible for on-call logistics and patient care continuity.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist team during procedures.

• Responsible for circulating and, when qualified, scrubbing in for cardiac catheterization and EP procedures

• Locals accepted within a 60‑mile radius at a lower rate
• Former Broward Health permanent employees must have been separated for at least one year before returning as a traveler
• Candidates from Operation Nightingale schools are not accepted
• Pass/fail EKG and basic arrhythmia competency testing required prior to starting first shift

Weekly local pay is fully taxable and therefore lower due to additional employer-paid taxes and related costs.
