Job summary

A leading medical staffing firm in Tucson, AZ is seeking a healthcare professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Cath Lab. Candidates must have ACLS and BLS certifications and be capable of responding to STEMI calls within 30 minutes. The position offers a contract for 13 weeks with a competitive pay range of $66 to $68 per hour. The ideal candidate will float to other locations as needed and be comfortable with a patient ratio of 3:1.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab experience including circulating, monitoring, and high-risk equipment.
• Experience with Impella and IABP is necessary.
• Preferred: Electrophysiology or IR experience and prior travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Cath Lab with a ratio of 3:1.
• Respond to STEMI calls within 30 minutes.
• Float to Northwest Houghton if needed.

Job description

• Facility: Northwest Medical Center
• Address: 6200NLaChollaBlvd, Tucson, AZ85741
• Contract: ASAP – 13 weeks
• Pay: $66 - $68 per hour ($2,640 - $2,720 per week)
• Schedule: 4x10s, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM; (40 guaranteed hours/week)
• Call Requirements: 7–9 times/month, 1 weekend, 30-minute response for STEMI; able to pick up additional call if desired
• Patient Ratio: 3:1
• Scrubs: Provided
• Float Requirement: Must float to Northwest Houghton if needed

Requirements:

ACLS and BLS required

Minimum 3 years Cath Lab experience (circulating, monitoring, STEMI, high-risk equipment: Impella, IABP, Anari; EP & IR)

Preferred: Electrophysiology or IR experience, prior travel experience

Must be able to respond within 30 minutes for STEMI call
