Amergis is seeking a Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Hyannis, MA. The RN Case Manager coordinates continuum of care, ensures optimal utilization of resources, and adheres to medical regimens designed for each patient.

The role requires RN licensure in the state, at least one year of case management experience (preferred), CPR if applicable, TB screening, health certificate, and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in state practicing
• At least one year of Case Management experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
