Job summary

AMN Healthcare Revenue Cycle in Hyannis, MA is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Manager for a 13-week assignment. You will coordinate patient care, work with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure appropriate utilization and reimbursement while maintaining quality care.

Requirements include MA RN license, at least 3 years acute care experience, familiarity with InterQual or similar criteria, and knowledge of discharge planning. Epic experience is a plus; BSN and CCM are preferred.

Qualifications

• MA RN license required.
• 3 years acute care experience within the past 5 years in hospital or case management.
• Working knowledge of InterQual or equivalent system.
• Recent knowledge/experience in Discharge Planning and Utilization review within past 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely care and facilitate an individualized program of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan and implement care that promotes high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective outcomes.
• Assess patient needs using established guidelines and Care Maps, ensuring appropriate reimbursement.
