American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Surgical ICU position near Boston. Requires MA RN license, active BLS, and 2+ years in Cardiac SICU. Travel nursing experience is required and you must be willing to relocate within 60 miles of Boston.

The assignment covers 36 hours per week with rotating day/night shifts, every other weekend and holiday. You will use Epic for charting and participate in an interdisciplinary team focused on high-quality, evidence-based critical care.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license required; no pending or conditional licenses.
• BLS certification (AHA) required.
• 2+ years of Cardiac Surgical ICU experience.
• 1+ years of travel nursing experience required.
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed.
• Primary source license verification required within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• 18-bed adult Cardiac Surgical ICU within a Heart & Vascular Institute critical care unit.
• Cares for patients with cardiovascular disease across all phases of illness.
• 36 hours per week with rotating day/night shifts.
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required.
• Uses Epic for charting.
• Deliver high-quality, research-based critical care through an interdisciplinary team approach.
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Boston are accepted at a reduced rate.
