Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Cardiac Observation Unit (COU) in Tucson, AZ. This 13-week assignment starts April 27, 2026, with a 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM shift and three 12-hour days per week.

You will admit and assess cardiac patients, prep for procedures, assist physicians, monitor post-sedation, perform bedside procedures (TEE & CV), administer meds, and provide discharge education.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Arizona or Compact State).
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
• BLS (Basic Life Support).
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Admit and assess cardiac patients
• Prepare patients for procedures (IV starts, charting, access prep)
• Assist physicians during exams and procedures
• Monitor and recover patients post conscious sedation
• Perform and document bedside procedures (TEE & CV)
• Administer medications within RN scope of practice
• Provide discharge education and complete documentation
