Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiac Observation Unit located in Tucson, AZ. The position involves caring for high-acuity cardiac patients, admitting, preparing, and recovering patients from cardiac procedures, and requires an active Arizona RN license, as well as BLS and ACLS certifications. The contract lasts for 13 weeks with a rotating weekend call approximately every 4–6 weeks.

Qualifications

• Active AZ RN License or Compact is required.
• BLS and ACLS certification are mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Admit and prep patients for Cath procedures.
• Assist with Cardioversions (CV) and TEE procedures.
• Recover patients post-procedure (conscious sedation).
• Provide discharge education and documentation.

• Schedule: 3x12s (Days: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM / 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM)
• Contract: 13 Weeks
