Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Admit and assess cardiac patients.
• Prepare patients for procedures including IV starts and charting.
• Assist physicians during exams and procedures.
• Monitor and recover patients after conscious sedation.
• Perform bedside procedures while documenting effectively.
• Administer medications as per RN protocols.
• Provide discharge education and complete necessary documentation.

Shift Time: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Admit and assess cardiac patients

Prepare patients for procedures (IV starts, charting, access prep)

Assist physicians during exams and procedures

Monitor and recover patients post conscious sedation

Perform and document bedside procedures (TEE & CV)

Administer medications within RN scope of practice

Provide discharge education and complete documentation

Shift Options: 3x12-hour shifts (Days)

0600–1830

0700–1930

0800–2030

Weekend Call Rotation:

Approximately every 4–6 weeks

Saturday: 0700–1700

Sunday: 0700–1400
