Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel RN for Cardiac Cath Lab in Springfield, Illinois. This assignment runs 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week on 10-hour day shifts. Travel experience preferred; active RN license and acute care Cath Lab background required.

The role includes procedural support, patient monitoring, and collaboration with the cath lab team. Housing or housing allowance and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Eighteen months of recent Cath Lab experience in Acute Care.

Responsibilities

• Perform angioplasties and pacemaker implants via invasive catheterization.
• Identify blockages, assist physicians during procedures, monitor patients.
• Administer interventional cardiac procedures and related diagnostics.
