Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for Cardiac Cath Lab in Houston, Texas. This 13-week contract requires 40 hours per week with a 10-hour day shift (07:00–17:30). Start date 10/12/2026. Fully vaccinated and eligible to work in Texas.

The role involves assisting in cardiac, IR, and vascular procedures, ensuring patient safety, and working with a team under pressure. ACLS and BLS certifications and a valid MRT license in Texas are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Valid MRT license required for working with radiological equipment in Texas.
• Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab, IR/Vascular Lab, or as Radiology Technologist is preferred.
• Critical Care and Trauma RN certifications are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and performance of cardiac, interventional radiology, and vascular procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Utilize strong clinical skills to deal with a variety of procedures and patients.
• Work as part of a team to provide quality care under pressure.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and patients.
