Job summary

TotalMed is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab RN for an immediate travel assignment in Newton, NJ. This 13-week travel position requires 1–2 years of acute care experience and involves assisting during cardiac procedures, monitoring EKGs, and supporting physicians in a fast-paced cardiovascular lab.

The role requires ACLS and BLS certifications, 10-hour day shifts, and a tax-free stipend as part of the pay package. Travel RN duties include long periods of standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist during angioplasty, catheterization, and electrophysiology procedures.
• Monitor EKG and vital signs; support physicians.
• Support travel nursing duties for 13-week assignment.
