Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Morristown, New Jersey. The assignment spans 13 weeks with 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, starting 11/02/2026.

As a Cardiac Cath Lab RN, you will assist in interventional procedures, monitor patients, administer medications, and document outcomes in a fast-paced cardiovascular setting. RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and EPIC EMR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of practice or compact license.
Minimum 1 year recent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, EKG interpretation, and hemodynamic monitoring.
Experience with EPIC or other major EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures (angioplasty, stent placements, etc.).
Monitor patients during procedures and assess for signs of distress.
Administer medications and manage IV lines per protocol.
Maintain sterile techniques and operate Cath Lab equipment.
Accurately document patient responses, medications, and procedure outcomes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional cardiac care.
