Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a CHS Travel: Registered Nurse (RN) / Behavioral Health Social Worker for night shifts. You will care for adult psychiatric patients using the Nursing Process, demonstrating leadership and safe care delivery. Start ASAP for a 13-week assignment, with nights (7p-7a), EOW and EOH required.

Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric experience is required, SAMA training can be completed onsite, and BLS is mandatory.

Position Information:

The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to adult psychiatric patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgement and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
