American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Dialysis RN with current WA or compact RN license to float across four chronic in-center clinic locations. The role requires dialysis experience, BLS, and at least one year of nursing experience.

Shifts are long, with AM/PM options, covering Everett and nearby clinics. The position involves supervising dialysis staff, administering meds, and collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active WA State RN license or Multi-State Compact license.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required.
• Previous dialysis experience required.
• Prior acute or ambulatory nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Chronic, in-center dialysis care across multiple clinic locations.
• Float assignment covering Everett, Smokey Point, Mountlake Terrace, and Monroe clinics.
• Shifts are 10-13 hours, scheduled AM or PM depending on staffing needs.
• Work days range Monday through Saturday.
• Oversee delivery of dialysis treatments and patient care.
• Provide patient education and adjust treatment plans per standing orders and care plans.
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians and monitor patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and participate in quality improvement projects.
• Collaborate with social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists as part of the care team.
• Must be able to work at any of the four clinic locations as needed.
