Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Dialysis RN for an in-center role across peninsula clinics, including Bremerton. The position requires prior dialysis experience and flexibility to work any shift.

You will oversee dialysis treatments, educate patients, supervise Dialysis Technicians, and adjust care plans with the care team. Shifts are 10–13 hours, AM/PM, with staffing needs driving schedules.

Qualifications

• Active WA State RN license or Multi-State Compact RN license required.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Previous dialysis experience required
• Prior acute or ambulatory nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• In-center chronic dialysis position covering multiple clinic locations including Bremerton, Port Orchard, Poulsbo, and occasionally Port Townsend
• Shifts are 10-13 hours, AM & PM, scheduled any day Monday through Saturday
• Must be able to work at any of the peninsula clinic locations based on staffing needs
• Must be flexible to work any shift (AM/PM) depending on staffing needs
• Oversee the delivery of dialysis treatments and patient care
• Provide patient education and supervise Dialysis Technicians
• Adjust treatment plans according to standing orders and care plans
• Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications
• Participate in quality improvement projects
• Collaborate with care team members including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists
