The role requires a state nursing license, acute care hospital experience, and appropriate certifications, with housing options and competitive pay.

You will perform plans of care, monitor patients, coordinate with care teams, educate families, and advocate for patient well-being across shifts and units.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year acute care hospital experience.
• Current state nursing license.
• Certifications as required for the position.
• Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Commitment to conduct and compliance policies.
• Clear, professional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care, administer medications, collect specimens, and document care.
• Monitor and communicate patient status to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Collaborate across disciplines for patient transfers, discharges, and referrals.
• Assess learning needs and provide education tailored to age and condition.
• Advocate for patients' physical and emotional well‑being.
