Assignments are 8, 10, or 13 weeks, with competitive pay and benefits. You will work at Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory, NC, supporting acute care teams and delivering exemplary patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Current state nursing license
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position
• Degree from an accredited school
• Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies
• Ability to communicate clearly in English

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Monitor and record patient condition and communicate with care team.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care and transfers.
• Evaluate learning needs of patient and family and provide education.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient
