Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in state of practice or multistate license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Triage and coordinate patient care across all phases of preventative care, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
