Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. The role involves full nursing responsibilities, collaboration with medical teams, and patient education across units.

Contracts run for 14 weeks with potential extension to other Sanford sites. The ideal candidate has at least one year of nursing experience, including travel experience, and must hold an active RN license.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate license (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional staff to plan and evaluate care.
• Perform patient education, triage and nursing interventions across care continuum.
