Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel staffing opportunities across the country, with placement at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. This role requires at least one year of nursing experience and a minimum of six months travel experience; candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the location applied for.

The role supports a 14-week contract with potential extensions.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, AACN, ACEN, and NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Use nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate care, patient assessment, and patient education.
• Triage and perform nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
