Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignment at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr, Fargo, ND. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care, coordinating with the care team, and ensuring patient education and follow-up within a 14-week contract.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an unencumbered RN license, and at least one year of nursing experience with a minimum of six months travel experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, education, triage and various nursing interventions.
• Care for patients across preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
