Job summary

Solutions By Sanford seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel staffing at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. The role involves delivering individualized nursing care across all phases of the care continuum and collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team.

Contracts are 14 weeks with extension options, weekly pay with stipends included, and eligibility for Sanford benefits. Requires active RN licensure and relevant experience, with BSN preferred and travel experience a

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
At least one year of RN experience.
At least six months of travel nursing experience.
Live at least 60 miles from the Fargo, ND location.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan and evaluate care.
Perform patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
Maintain competency and adherence to applicable nursing standards and ethics.
Care for patients across preventive care, treatment, and follow-up.
