Job summary

Sanford Health is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in Fargo, ND. The role uses the nursing process to deliver individualized patient care and requires collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates will have a nursing degree, an active RN license, and at least one year of experience. 36 hours/week with 12-hour rotating shifts; contracts are 14 weeks with potential extension across Sanford sites.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred. Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process: assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Care for patients across preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
