Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) travel position at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo offers you the chance to care for patients across underserved communities while rotating through a 12 Hours - Day Shifts in Fargo, ND. You’ll apply the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, and support individualized patient care.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN license in good standing, at least one year of experience and travel experience, and willingness to live within 60 miles of

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multi-state licensure if in an NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan and evaluate care.
• Care for patients across preventive, diagnostic, and follow-up care.
• Coordinate care, assess patients, educate, triage, and perform nursing interventions.
