Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the state board or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Assess, educate, triage and coordinate care across all phases of the patient continuum.
