Solutions By Sanford is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments in Fargo, ND. The RN will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients, collaborating with physicians and the inter-professional team.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, triage, education, and coordinating care across the continuum while practicing within applicable standards and the Nurse Practice Act. Contracts are 14 weeks with potential extensions.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians.
• Coordinate care, perform patient assessment, triage, and education.
• Act within the scope and standards of nursing practice and ethics.
