Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking Registered Nurses for travel assignments in Fargo, ND. Nurses provide patient-centered care across the continuum, using the nursing process and collaborating with physicians and teams to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, education, triage, and coordination of care. Requires RN licensure, accredited nursing education, and travel experience; contracts are 14 weeks with extension options.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state where practice occurs.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• At least six months of travel nursing experience.
• Live at least 60 miles from Fargo, ND location.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency within standards of nursing practice and ethics.
• Plan and coordinate care, assess patients, educate patients, perform triage, and perform nursing interventions.
