Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND provides individualized care using the nursing process and collaborates with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate patient care. Care spans preventive, diagnostic, and follow-up needs with attention to age- and population-specific standards.

Contracts are 14 weeks with options to extend or move to another Sanford site; you will be paid weekly and are eligible for Sanford Benefits, including

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice is occurring; multistate licensure accepted if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient education, triage, and other nursing interventions within the full scope of nursing practice.
