Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND delivers patient care using the nursing process across the care continuum. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care for diverse populations.

Shifts are 12 hours in duration, with weekly hours around 36; contracts are 14 weeks with options to extend or relocate to another Sanford site, offering travel staffing opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate licensure may apply.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional staff to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, education, triage and nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
