Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients and to collaborate with physicians in planning, implementing and evaluating care.

Solutions By Sanford offers travel nursing opportunities with 14-week contracts, weekly pay including stipends, and eligibility for Sanford benefits in Fargo, North Dakota. A valid RN license and active practice are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
• At least one year of nursing experience and at least six months of travel experience.
• Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, patient education, triage, and other nursing interventions as assigned.
