Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced RN for travel assignments at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. Shifts are 12 hours with rotating schedules; weekly hours total 48.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and at least 1 year of nursing experience plus 6 months of travel experience. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and a 14-week contract with possible extensions.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice (multistate licensure may apply under NLC).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, assess patients, educate patients, triage and perform nursing interventions.
• Practice within applicable Nurse Practice Act and standards; adhere to code of ethics.
