Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. The role involves delivering professional nursing care on rotating 12-hour shifts with a 48-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Perform patient assessment, education, triage and coordination of care across the care continuum.
