Solutions By Sanford is seeking Experienced Registered Nurses for travel assignments at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. The role involves 14-week contracts with the option to extend or transfer to another Sanford site and weekly pay, with benefits eligibility.

Candidates must graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold an unencumbered RN license, and have at least one year of experience with six months travel experience. Possible shifts include 12 hours with rotating schedules.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs.

Responsibilities

Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Performs patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the scope and standards of nursing practice.
