Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Solutions By Sanford uses the nursing process to deliver individualized care. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care for patients across all care phases.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, triage, and coordinating care within the unit. This role requires adapting to shift patterns and delivering high-quality nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Provide patient education and triage across the care continuum.
