Job summary

Legacy Healthcare is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our internal travel team across Iowa. You can choose shifts near home or travel to facilities, with flexible self-directed scheduling.

As a Travel RN, you will administer medications, monitor resident conditions, supervise CNAs and other staff, and coordinate with physicians while supporting admissions, transfers and wound care. You will ensure care plans are followed and residents receive safe, quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Iowa RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different facility environments.
• Long-term care or similar experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and document changes in resident condition.
• Supervise CNAs, CMAs/QMAs, and other nursing staff.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and facility leadership.
• Support admissions, transfers, wound care, and emergency response.

What You’ll Do
