Job summary

M.C. Dean, headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, is seeking a Travel RF Technician III to assist installation, testing, and maintenance of in-building wireless systems under the direction of a Project Foreman.

The role requires RF cabling experience, ability to read floor plans, lead a small crew, ensure installation quality, complete documentation, and travel domestically and internationally up to 75% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required; HS diploma or GED accepted with relevant experience.
• Experience leading installation crews on DAS, Small Cell, or wireless systems.
• Ability to read and interpret RF plans and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation crews of 1-3 technicians.
• Read and interpret RF blueprints and project documentation.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot inbuilding wireless systems including WiFi, DAS, Small Cell, and lowvoltage cabling.
• Coordinate daily/weekly tasks with Foreman and ensure installation quality.
• Train and supervise apprentices and junior technicians.
• Travel up to 75% for domestic and international assignments.
