Job summary

Acosta Group in Morristown, TN is seeking a Merchandiser Travel Retail Service to execute planogram resets and remodels across assigned stores. You will move shelves, install displays, and ensure correct pricing while collaborating with store personnel.

This full-time position requires at least a High School Diploma, planogram experience, and strong organizational/communication skills. Willingness to travel up to 100% and work in cold store areas is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• At least 1-year experience reading & using planograms; retail/reset experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to build relationships with partners.
• Comfortable using technology (smartphones, computers, copiers/faxes, handheld devices).

Responsibilities

• Read and follow a plan-o-gram to complete reset/remodel work; knowledge of merchandising terminology.
• Move/clean shelves, install racks, display merchandise, attach tags, check dates, process restocks and reorders.
• Collaborate with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence and maintain relationships.
• Prepare, submit, and manage documentation for reset/remodel activities.
• Work safely, follow Acosta policies, and alert management to unsafe conditions.
