Job summary

Acosta Group in Cary, North Carolina is seeking a Merchandiser Travel Retail Service to represent Acosta and its clients by performing reset and remodel work, reading plan-o-grams, and ensuring accurate product placement.

The role requires willingness to travel up to 75-100% and being at least 21 years old. Candidate should have a High School diploma and at least 1 year reading planograms, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience reading & using planograms; retail/reset experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to build relationships.
• Comfortable using technology (smartphones, computers, etc.).
• Strong core competencies: quality commitment, detail orientation, customer service, communication.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow a plan-o-gram to complete reset/remodel work.
• Move/clean shelves, install racks, display merchandise, check date codes, process restocks.
• Partner with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence and build relationships.
• Prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation for work.
• Work safely and follow Acosta policies; alert management to unsafe conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
