Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Merchandiser Travel Retail Service to support reset and remodel activities, using planograms and precise merchandising execution. You will collaborate with store staff and teammates to ensure accuracy in displays, pricing, and restocks, while maintaining safety and following company policies.

This role involves travel, physical merchandising tasks, and effective communication to deliver high-quality service across assigned locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience reading and using planograms; retail/reset experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to build partner relationships.
• Comfort with technology (smartphones, computers, scanners, etc.).
• Strong attention to quality, detail, and customer service.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively; work with web-based work docs.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to travel credentials.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow a planogram to complete reset and remodel work.
• Move and clean shelves, install racks, display merchandise, check date codes and planogram integrity.
• Prepare and manage documentation for assigned work remotely or on-site.
• Collaborate with store personnel and teammates to maintain merchandising standards.
• Work safely and report unsafe conditions; adhere to Acosta policies.
• Travel as required; support various locations and schedules.
