Qualifications

• Team Lead or Crew Lead experience.
• Commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
• Restoration, Construction and/or General Labor experience.
• Minimum 1 year working experience.
• Ability to travel for an extended amount of time is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic cleaning steps for fire, water and mold, including inventory control and loading/unloading.
• Meet deadlines by maintaining productivity.
• Assist PM or APM in training agency general labor on projects.
• Lead a crew by explaining tasks and working side by side.
• Communicate effectively with all employees to promote a positive environment.
• Abide by safety and company policies.
• Report to work on time when scheduled.
