Job summary

NurseDeck Inc. is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for cardiopulmonary patients of all ages and acuities.

Strong ventilator management and critical care skills are essential, along with experience in neonatal and pediatric care. The position requires certification as an RRT (CRTs not accepted) and completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy program, with licensure applicable in the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); CRTs will not be considered.
• Completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy program as required by licensure.
• Valid Colorado RRT license (DORA-RT).
• Experience in neonatal and pediatric respiratory care.
• Strong critical care and ventilator management experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care and diagnostic procedures to patients across all age groups and acuity levels.
• Demonstrate excellent critical care and ventilator management skills.
• Provide specialized care for neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Ensure compliance with all required documentation and certifications prior to start.
