Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week acute care travel assignment in North Carolina. Requires 1-2 years of experience, AHA certifications, and an active RRT license if applicable. Candidates must reside 60 miles or more from the facility for travel rate consideration.

The role involves day shifts 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, weekend coverage every other weekend, and potential float to acute care. Housing allowance and travel reimbursements are offered.

Qualifications

1-2 years of respiratory therapy experience required.
AHA certifications required.

Responsibilities

86-bed acute care hospital setting.
Primarily outpatient respiratory therapy with potential to float to acute care.
Day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Weekend coverage required every other weekend.
Provide respiratory therapy services across outpatient and acute care settings as needed.
Facility offers five major service lines including orthopedics, cardiology, general surgery, women's care, and emergency medicine.
Candidates must complete all required screenings prior to start.
