Job summary

Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Bradenton, FL. This travel role offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour days, and a competitive package with benefits including health insurance and 401K matching.

As part of the Respiratory Team, you will deliver respiratory care, evaluate patients, and collaborate with physicians and nurses. Prior travel experience preferred; crisis rates may apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Respiratory Therapist.
• Maintain current CPR/BCLS certification.
• BCLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and recommend a treatment plan.
• Provide respiratory care to patients with critical conditions.
• Insert and remove endotracheal tubes as needed.
• Perform timely and accurate documentation.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Teach and counsel patients and families.
