Qualifications

• NBRC credential and CPR certification required.
• Eighteen months of respiratory care experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and care for patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Provide respiratory care per physician orders and established policies and procedures.
• Participate in development and/or implementation of patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain professional relationships and communicate with care teams.
• Provide instruction to patients and caretakers in therapy methods.
