American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a day shift acute care position covering multiple hospital units in Connecticut.

The role requires RRT certification along with BLS and NRP; ACLS and PALS are preferred. You will work a 12.5-hour day shift with two weekdays, every other weekend, and some holidays, serving ED, PCU, and med surg units.

Qualifications

• RRT certification required or strongly preferred.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• License required if applicable.
• Two professional references from previous managers required for consideration.

Responsabilités

• Acute care hospital setting covering ED, PCU, and med surg units.
• RT covers all hospital units.
• Day shift, 12.5-hour shifts from 06:45 AM to 07:15 PM.
• Schedule includes two weekdays, every other weekend, and some holidays.
• Local candidates within 60 miles accepted at a reduced rate.
• Candidates with prior work history at Northwell or Nuvance Health locations are subject to an eligibility review process that may extend standard processing time.
