Qualifications
- Active IL Respiratory Therapist license required.
- RRT certification required.
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP and PALS certifications.
- Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills with ability to navigate EMR.
Responsibilities
- Provide cardiopulmonary care and respiratory therapy in a hospital setting.
- Perform respiratory assessments, screenings and follow physician orders.
- Monitor patient responses, vital signs and blood gas results.
- Administer medications and conduct related therapies per protocol.
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records and chart forms.
