Job summary

Wellspring Nurse Source seeks a skilled Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience for a travel assignment in Virginia. The role covers floor, ICU, NICU, and ER settings with 12-hour night shifts and a 36-hour work week, starting 11/09/2026 for 13 weeks. Strong pediatric and neonatal care skills are essential.

The candidate should hold active Virginia licensure plus RRT, ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications, with proficiency in neonatal ventilation and advanced airway management.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia License required at time of application.
• RRT, AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, and AHA NRP certifications required.
• If CRT, minimum 10 years experience.
• Proficient in neonatal ventilation, SIPAP, HFNC, and jet ventilation.

Responsibilities

• Administer aerosol treatments and BiPAP support.
• Perform ABG analysis and ventilator management.
• Utilize HFNC, CPT, and COPD education.
• Conduct respiratory assessments and airway management, incl. nitric oxide.
• Provide care on floor, ICU, NICU, and ER.
